VP of Operations

Tom Stone brings over two decades of electrical industry expertise to his role as Superintendent at RC Power, Inc. His journey began as an IBEW-trained electrician, progressing through apprentice, journeyman, foreman, general foreman and superintendent positions. His diverse experience spans private development, core and shell projects, high-rise constructions, museums, specialty aerospace installations, entertainment venues, electric vehicle R&D installations and Data Centers.

Westfield Valley Fair Renovation and Expansion - Santa Clara, CA

This ambitious 840,000 square-foot expansion included a new three-story department store, over 70 retail shops, replacement of an existing parking structure, addition of a new parking facility, a high-end ICON movie theater, a Bloomingdale’s store, outdoor lounges, and more. Tom led the installation of new conduit and wiring, re-circuiting of lighting and receptacles, LED lighting implementation, switchgear installation, fire alarm and low voltage systems, advanced lighting control using Crestron panel, as well as below-grade parking and new 12KV primary power and unit substations. Notably, all of this work was executed while the facility remained operational.

Apple Vallco Park-02 - Cupertino, CA

Covering 311,000 square feet across three buildings, this LEED® Silver-certified project included a high-bay server room, security operations command center, main lobby, cafe, conference facilities, and office spaces. Tom managed the construction of these spaces along with general offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and lab areas.

Google SAS - Mountain View, CA

The SAS project encompassed lab and office space across two buildings, totaling approximately 470,910 square feet. Tom's leadership ensured the successful connection of new PG&E services to the structures, involving the installation of multiple 4000-amp boards and a two-level open parking structure.

Three Sixty Residences - San Jose, CA

Tom oversaw the construction of a 420,000-square-foot, 24-story high-rise condominium building with 213 units, retail spaces, fitness center, and a four-level parking structure, pool and spa.

Levis Stadium - Santa Clara, CA

Tom spearheaded the construction of dynamic open concourses, exquisite East luxury suites, the exclusive Levis club, cutting-edge scoreboards, and innovative stadium lighting.

Lucid Motors - Newark, CA

At Lucid Motors, Tom collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop bespoke design and build solutions for R&D Lab Managers and the facilities team. His projects are meticulously tailored to fulfill unique testing requirements, showcasing his expertise in crafting one-of-a-kind builds.

BNB Data Center - Santa Clara, CA

Tom played a pivotal role in the precision-driven installation of a high-capacity 3MW generator, seamlessly integrated with advanced medium voltage controls. This project involved strategic design assistance and meticulous execution within an active data center environment, underscoring Tom's expertise in complex electrical infrastructure enhancement.
